We take extra care packaging our brass products to ensure they reach you safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year), processing may take an additional [1-2] business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard Delivery: [5-7] business days | ₹150 flat rate or free above ₹ 3,000
Express Delivery: [2-3] business days | ₹250 flat rate
Carriers: Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post (for remote pincodes)
Brass products are heavy. Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight, which may differ from actual weight. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
Available Regions: USA, UK, Australia
Estimated Delivery: [10-21] business days depending on destination
Carriers: DHL, FedEx, or equivalent international partner
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.
4. Packaging
Each brass item is individually wrapped in protective material, cushioned to prevent movement during transit, and packed in sturdy corrugated boxes. For gifting orders, we offer [complimentary / premium at ₹100 gift wrapping with a handwritten note option.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also track your order on our website at [tracking page URL] or by contacting our support team.
6. Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails after [2-3] attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date with photos of the packaging and product. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain brass items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local regulations on metal exports or hazardous material classifications (e.g., items with chemical patina finishes). We will notify you if your order is affected.
