Is your brass solid or plated?
All our products are 100% solid brass unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. We never sell brass-plated or hollow items as “brass.”
Why does brass change color over time?
Brass naturally develops a patina — a warm, darker tone that forms as the metal reacts with air and moisture. This is a feature, not a defect. Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, weight, and finish are normal and expected. Product photos are taken under studio lighting and may appear slightly different on your screen. We consider these variations a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.
How heavy are brass products?
Brass is a dense metal. Product weights are listed on each product page. We recommend checking the weight before purchase, especially for wall-mounted items or gifts. If you need exact specifications, feel free to reach out.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and EMI options via Razorpay. COD is available for orders under ₹2000
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Contact us immediately at [email/WhatsApp] with your order number.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available for orders under ₹2000with a ₹100 COD handling fee.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?

Do you ship internationally?

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

How do I clean brass?

Should I polish my brass or let it patina?
That’s entirely your preference. Some customers love the bright, polished look and clean their brass regularly. Others prefer the aged, antique patina that develops naturally. Both are beautiful — it’s a matter of personal style.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
