We want you to love your brass purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it work.
1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking record.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact, and free from scratches, dents, or signs of use. Items that show signs of cleaning, polishing, or intentional patina alteration are not eligible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom-engraved or personalized products, items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page, items damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or neglect, and gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at [returns email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photographs of the item in its current condition. We will respond within [2] business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item shipped, or damage during transit. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup at no cost.
6. Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within [3-5] business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional [5-10] business days.
Partial Refunds: Items returned with minor signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Store Credit: You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued instantly and does not expire.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order. If the new item is of higher value, you will pay the difference; if lower, a refund for the difference will be processed.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
